Who is New Concept Management

Since its formation in 2005, New Concept Management has grown its portfolio and established itself as one of Calgary’s leading condominium management companies. Their dedication to condominium management has been recognized by Condo Living Magazine through features and the opportunity to contribute articles.

New Concept Management Inc. prides itself on managing all dealings with a hands-on approach. One of the company’s main goals is educating condominium corporations, boards, owners, and residents in order to achieve the highest standard of living possible. This proactive value of the company is what sets it apart from other condominium management firms.

New Concept Management Inc. believes that maintaining and building relations with all parties involved in condominium management is key to effective communication. This value ensures that condominium corporations, boards, owners, and residents are all informed and up-to-date on the workings of the condominium. By constantly striving to improve communication channels and structure, New Concept Management Inc. guarantees a sense of community in all properties they manage.

Maria Bartolotti is the owner of New Concept Management Inc. since its inception in 2005. She has been actively involved in the condominium management community for over 14 years. Maria and her team have built a reputation based on their timely, efficient, and professional services in Alberta.

Maria has completed the Property Management 1000 Course through RECA, Condominium Management Levels 1, 2, & 3 through the Canadian Condominium Institute – Southern Alberta Chapter, the ACCI designation (Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute), along with the prestigeous FCCI (Fellowship of the Canadian Condominium Institute). She has also completed studies in Business Law, Management, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, and Human Resource Management and is actively pursuing further educational course in the industry.

Maria is actively involved with the Canadian Condominium Institute –Southern Alberta Chapter as the Chair of the Education Committee and member of the Board of Directors. She is a member of the Advisory Committee for CPLEA’s Condo Education Project, and a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute – National Education Chapter. These positions reflect her passion for educating condominium corporations, boards, owners, and residents to ensure the highest standard of living possible.
