What is your position at New Concept Management Inc., and what does it mean to be part of the team?

As a Condominium Administrator supporting Maria, I handle the administrative needs of the properties in our portfolio, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What I love most about being part of this team is the strong sense of collaboration. Everyone is willing to offer guidance and support, and no one hesitates to step in when needed.

I also enjoy the positive environment in the office. Every morning, everyone arrives eager to work, focused on finding solutions, and providing excellent service. At NCM, our high standards drive all of us to grow, deliver excellence, and take pride in what we do.

What began your journey at New Concept Management Inc.?

I joined NCM in August 2025, and it was an easy decision to become part of the team. During my interview, Maria showed genuine interest not only in what I could bring to the company but also in my professional growth. She explained how NCM could help me achieve my career goals, and that level of care really stood out to me. It is rare to find an organization that values both service and personal development, and that is when I knew this was the right place for me.

What do you love most about the job?

The continuous learning experience is something I truly value. Maria often challenges me with questions like, “What do you think? What would Temmy do?” which encourages me to think critically and approach situations thoughtfully. My supervisor also helps me build confidence, independence, and the ability to take ownership of my work, providing an incredible opportunity for personal and professional growth.
