There are those that just pick a job and drift through it, and there are those that are the antitheses of drift: those that are dedicated, responsive, and focused on the industry and their tradecraft. Maria is the second – a woman that brings substantial knowledge, experience and drive to the condominium industry and the people she interacts with. From a powerful knowledge of condominiums that she shares with numerous trade articles, through her participation with CCI and her helming the Education Committee for CCI South Alberta, Maria continues to be a touchstone for all that is condominium.

Maria has a passion for excellence in her work as a Property Manager. She takes a no nonsense approach when working with condominium boards, utilizing her vast experience and trade knowledge to bring to the table pre-qualified contractors and service providers. I have worked with Maria for almost a decade, and am pleased to recommend her work in behalf of condominium boards.

I have worked with Maria and New Concept Management to assist her client’s in getting the services they needed for their buildings mechanical needs. Maria is very professional and hires people that have to have the same level of professionalism to work for her business. She is a very busy person but always gets back to others quickly and efficiently. My experience with Maria and New Concept Management has been very positive, she takes care of her client’s and her business.
