I’ve used 3 condo management companies and NCM have been the best by a long margin. Better communication, better followup, more professional since we have worked with them in the past 18 months or so. Alex especially has been excellent for us and is someone you want partnering with your Condo Board.

As a Licensed Realtor and Condo Specialist with Remax for 25 yrs, I highly recommend New Concept, Maria Bartolotti and her Team. This Gem of a Management company answers your calls/Emails. Your Concerns/Questions get addressed Immediately.

I have personally experienced Maria Bartolotti and her Team take on condo buildings. From Previous management companies that have literally let the condo buildings/corporations fall in arrears financially and aesthetically Maria Bartolotti, New Concept spends the time and with her experience and connections.

Condo buildings/corporations’ values increased on the properties once she managed them.

Maria Bartolotti, knows her stuff and is a No nonsense manager and simply gets the job done.
