As a real estate investor I deal with many management companies, some good and some bad. New Concept Management is a great company to deal with. Maria answers questions in a timely fashion and is often prepared to offer more advice than what I asked for! I also appreciate their honest and integral approach to condo management. Maria does not mince words and I never have to guess where she stands on issues. Some people don’t like this straight-forward approach, but as an investor I do not have extra time to try and figure some people out!! With Maria and her team, I am never guessing.
